The Embassy Suites Los Marlins Golf Resort is located in the southeast of the Dominican Republic, 45 minutes by car from the Capital Santo Domingo in the holiday center of Juan Dolio. Los Marlins Golf Course
The Los Marlins Golf Course at the Metro Country Club is a championship course that offers a challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The natural terrain is relatively flat so to add some shape to the topography, the designer of the course carefully sculpted contours and mounding into the landscape. There are residential areas, marked by out-of-bounds stakes, interspersed with the course that golfers need to watch out for. The fairways are generous, but they are flanked by natural vegetation. Water hazards come into play on a few holes but the real challenge of the course is the heavy bunkering that is strategically placed throughout.
