Terms & conditions
Membership conditions:
1. Membership of SingleGolfclub Italy is reserved for golf singles resident in the Italy. Golfers living with a partner cannot be accepted as Members.
2. The membership fee is paid automatically by PayPal or credit card on registration.
3. Membership lasts for 1 year from the end of the month of registration and is not automatically renewed. Membership can be renewed 14 days before expiry of the current membership year. A corresponding e-mail is sent to the Member. Membership can also be upgraded at the same time.
4. Our Member Card (GOLF FEE CARD) is included in the membership fee.
5. As a Member, you are entered in the regional, national, European or international membership list (depending on your membership).
6. As a Member (depending on your membership), you have access to the regional, national, European or international membership list.
7. As a Member (depending on your membership), you can take part in the golf events and golf holidays offered by the regional, national, European or international SingleGolfclubs.
8. As a Member (depending on your membership), you can take part in the golf trips offered by the regional, national, European or international SingleGolfclubs.
9. As a Member, you have the access to the lists of participants in golf events, golf trips and SingleGolfclub tournaments.
10. As a Member you undertake not to use Members' data for any commercial purpose or pass such data on to any third party.
11. At any golf events, tournaments and on golf trips, as a Member you undertake to comply with the rules of golf and golfing etiquette.
12. In the event of: – any breach of membership conditions, – failure to honour any financial obligations undertaken in respect of SingleGolfclub, – failure to honour any financial obligations undertaken in respect of our contractual partners, – any serious breach of the normal standards of proper behaviour, – a Member using insulting behaviour towards any other Member, we reserve the right to terminate the offender's membership immediately.
The outstanding proportion of the membership fee will be transferred over to the Robin Hood Foundation.
Conditions for participation: (Golf events, golf tournaments and golf holidays)
1. Only Members may register for golf events, golf holidays and GolfSingleclub tournaments – Regional Members for golf events organised in their regions (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) – National Members for golf events, golf holidays and Single Golf Cups organised by SingleGolfclub UK. – European Members for all golf events, golf holidays and Single Golf Cups organised by the European SingleGolfclubs. – International Members for all golf events, golf holidays and Single Golf Cups organised by SingleGolfclubs worldwide.
2. Once a person has registered in writing for a golf event, a golf trip or a golf tournament, he or she may not withdraw without in all cases paying the fee due for participation.
3. Withdrawing after binding registration is only possible if a replacement participant has been identified, if there is a waiting list or if insurance has been taken out to cover cancellation. SingleGolfclub always attempts to find a replacement.
4. Golf events, golf trips and the Single Golf Cups only go ahead if the minimum number of participants is reached. If fewer people register, the participants can decide among themselves whether the event should take place or not.
5. Members have access to participant lists.
6. Once payment has been made, the participants in golf events and golf trips receive the required travel documents
7. In the event of the golf event not taking place (too few participants, natural catastrophe, strike, adverse weather etc.) participation fees already paid are refunded.
Terms & Conditions Golf Tour Operator:
For golf holidays, the terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator are applicable.
